Public and Catholic Schools

Below you will find some basic information about the community schools to which you can choose to send your children in King City. I have attached links to the individual school websites as well as Fraser institute rankings, when available. The Fraser institute is a reputable, independant, non-profit organization that ranks educational institutions based on academic performance. It is a well-known tool used by many homebuyers to explore schools in their prospective neighbourhood.



King City Public School 

King City Public school is a small community school located at 25 King Blvd (Keele st. and King Rd). The school opened in 2009 and offers Kindergarten to Grade 8 programming in English.

Holy Name Catholic School

Holy Name is a Kindergarten to Grade 8 school, funded by the Catholic School Board. It is located at 65 Spring Hills Dr, (Dufferin and King rd).

King City Secondary School is a Grade 9 to 12, English high school, located at 2001 King Rd.
